Unit-test part 2

         In the story the main idea of the story is Reality vs. Illusion. Also one of the other big theme is taking your own path. Illusion is a big part of the theme is because Farquiar was dead in the first paragraph the story but yet the story but yet the story still goes on. Like he is still alive showing flashback and imagery.Untill the end of the story when you notice him weak up from his dream that he has been dead the whole time. Taking your own path is another big idea of the story because Farquar listen to the solider that came to his house and tells him about the plan in the north. Knowing he will be hung and killed Frquar took his own path and was killed.

 The man that came to drink water at Farquar house was a federalist Scot. That dressed up to be a condfreate and hold Farquar what the north was planning because he knew Farquar  was for the south . He told him the consequences and Fraquar fell for it thinking the man was really for the south but was really for the north. witch got Farquar setup.

A Rose For Emily

     In the story A Rose for Emily i learned a lot of different things on how Emily lived her life. I also learned that in A Rose for Emily there was a lot of flashback. In the book called A Rose for Emily there was a rose that stood for love Happiness. The rose stood out the most to me kos I know how it feels to see a rose and first thing to think about is love and happiness that's why in the book it stood out to me the most. Also because she loved someone so much but he turned out to like men instead of women. The rose represents a lot to me.                                      
     Another big thing in the story that stood out the most is black. It shows that somebody is dead or a depression,. An in the book a Rose for Emily she went thru a depression when she lost her dad. That was very hard on Emily because her dad was always the one to talk for her. Also another depression that Emily went thru is when she found out her lover did not Love her he loved men. So black can show a lot of different things.
